Campaign Settings

Learn how to configure and customize your campaign, from basic details to advanced display and payment options.

Accessing Campaign Settings

To configure your campaign, navigate to its settings page by following these steps:

  1. Go to your Dashboard.
  2. Select the specific campaign you wish to configure from your list of campaigns.
  3. Click the "Settings" button. This will take you to the Campaign Settings page where you can manage all aspects of your campaign.

This page allows you to fine-tune many aspects of your fundraiser.

Campaign Details & Contact

Basic Information

  • Campaign Name: The primary title for your fundraiser. Make it clear and engaging.
  • Description: A more detailed explanation of your campaign's purpose. Formatting options (like bold, italics, lists) are available to enhance readability.
  • Campaign Banner Image: Upload an attractive and relevant image that will be displayed prominently on your campaign page.

Contact Information

Provide contact details that can be shown publicly if needed:

  • Contact Name: The name of the person or organisation managing the campaign.
  • Contact Phone: A phone number for inquiries.
  • Contact Email: An email address for inquiries.

Campaign Schedule

  • Start Date: The date your campaign becomes active and can start accepting orders/donations.
  • End Date: The date your campaign concludes.

Ensure these dates are set correctly to manage your campaign's duration effectively. These dates can be changed later if necessary.

Delivery Configuration

  • Delivery Information: A text area to provide specific details about how orders will be delivered or how customers can collect their items. This information is displayed to the customer.

Custom Checkout Questions

Add custom questions to your checkout process to collect additional information from supporters. For each question, define the following for each question:

  • Field Name: The label for the question (e.g., "Student Name", "Team Name").
  • Field Type: The kind of input required (e.g., text, dropdown list, number).

An option to "Add Another" question is available to create multiple custom fields.

Payment Methods

Configure which payment methods will be available to your supporters when they place an order or make a donation. Common options include:

  • Credit & Debit Card Payments: These are processed automatically.
  • Payments with Cash: These require manual processing and reconciliation.
  • Payments with Bank Transfer: These require manual verification.

Read the descriptions for each option carefully to understand how they are processed.

Public Page Display Options

Control what information is visible on your public campaign page:

  • Show Order Earnings: Display total earnings or progress.
  • Show Recent Orders: Display a feed of recent orders/donations.
  • Show Time Remaining: Display a countdown to the campaign's end date.
  • Show Orders Count: Display the total number of orders received.

Campaign Target

Set a fundraising goal for your campaign. This is displayed on your campaign page to motivate supporters. If you don't want to display a target, leave this field blank or set it to zero.

Catalogue Quantities

If your campaign involves selling products from a catalogue, this section allows you to configure available quantities for each item. Set items as having limited or unlimited stock and specify the "Fundraiser Stock" amount if limited.

Saving Your Settings

After making any changes to your campaign settings, ensure you click the "Update Campaign" button.
