Configuring Campaign Display Settings

Control what information appears publicly on your campaign page to engage supporters and create urgency. This guide explains how to configure your campaign's display settings.

Accessing Display Settings

  1. Log in to your Raised Dashboard
  2. Select the fundraiser you want to configure
  3. Click "Settings"
  4. Scroll down to the "Display Data" section

Available Display Options

We recommend enabling all display settings to maximize engagement with your campaign. Here are the options you can configure:

Show Recent Orders

When enabled, this displays the first names of people who have recently supported your campaign. This can help:

  • Create social proof
  • Show that your campaign is active
  • Encourage others to participate

Show Order Count

This option displays the total number of orders received on your campaign page. Benefits include:

  • Demonstrating campaign momentum
  • Showing community support
  • Encouraging participation through social proof

Show Time Remaining

Enable this to display a countdown showing how long is left before your campaign closes. This can:

  • Create urgency
  • Help supporters plan their participation
  • Encourage timely responses

Campaign Target

Set a dollar amount target to display a progress bar on your campaign page:

  • Enter your fundraising goal in the target field
  • Progress will automatically update as orders come in
  • Set to 0 to hide this feature
  • A visible target can motivate supporters and create momentum

Best Practices

  • Keep Information Current: Regularly review your display settings to ensure they align with your campaign strategy
  • Use Multiple Indicators: Enabling multiple display options can create a more engaging campaign page
  • Set Realistic Targets: If using the campaign target feature, choose an achievable goal that motivates without being overwhelming
  • Consider Your Audience: Think about what information would most encourage your specific supporter base to participate

Managing Privacy

While these display settings can boost engagement, consider your supporters' privacy:

  • Only first names are shown for recent orders
  • No personal or sensitive information is ever displayed
  • Supporters can see campaign progress without individual details being revealed
