Creating Your Account

Follow these simple steps to create your Raised account and start fundraising today.

Getting to the Sign Up Page

To begin creating your Raised account, navigate to the Raised homepage and click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner.

You can also go directly to raisedhq.com/auth/signup?callbackUrl=/manage.

1. Choose Your Account Type

On the account type selection screen, you will see the following primary options:

  • Organisation or Individual: Select this if you are a school, sports team, community group, or an individual wanting to run fundraisers. This category includes types such as:
    • Nonprofit/Charity: For registered charities and nonprofit organisations.
    • School: For educational institutions and school groups.
    • Community Group: For sports clubs, community organisations, and other similar groups.
  • Wholesaler: Select this if you are a wholesaler looking to offer products for fundraisers.

Choose the option that best describes your needs to proceed with creating your account.

2. Set Up Your Account Credentials

Next, you'll create your login credentials for accessing your Raised account:

  • Login Email: Enter the email address you want to use for logging in and for contact purposes.
    • This email address will be used to login and for contact information.
  • Password: Create a secure password.
    • Your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters as well as numbers.
  • Confirm Password: Enter your password again to confirm it.
    • Enter your password again.

3. Provide Personal Information

Tell us about yourself. This information is about the account holder:

  • First Name: Enter your first name.
  • Last Name: Enter your last name.
  • Phone Number: Enter your phone number, including the international country code.

4. Provide Your Details

Next, you will provide details based on the account type you selected in Step 1.

If you selected "Organisation or Individual":

You will be asked for the following information about your Organisation or Individual account. This information should be about the entity that will be fundraising:

  • Organisation/Individual Name: Enter the name of your organisation or your individual name if fundraising personally.
    • Please enter your organisation or individual name only. This should not include any fundraising details or campaign information.
  • Organisation/Individual Address: Enter the address for your organisation or individual account.
    • You can start typing an address and select one to pre-fill the address fields, use your current location, or enter an address manually.
  • Is a business address? Check this box if the address provided is a business address and not a residential address.

If you selected "Wholesaler":

You will be asked for the following information about your Wholesaler account:

  • Wholesaler Name: Enter the name of your wholesale business.
  • Wholesaler Address: Enter the address for your wholesale business.
    • You can start typing an address and select one to pre-fill the address fields, use your current location, or enter an address manually.
  • Is a business address? Check this box if the address provided is a business address and not a residential address.

After filling in these details, click "Complete Registration".

5. Verify Your Email

After submitting your details, you'll receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to verify your account.

If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.
