Managing Your Campaign Donations & Orders
Learn how to view, update, and manage orders and donations for your fundraising campaigns through the dashboard.
Effectively managing your campaign's orders (donations) is key to ensuring smooth fulfillment, accurate record-keeping, and happy supporters. This guide will walk you through the tools available in your dashboard to view, update, and manage all incoming orders.
Accessing Your Orders
To manage orders for a specific fundraiser:
- Navigate to "Manage Fundraisers" from the main dashboard menu.
- Select the fundraiser you wish to manage.
- Click on the "Orders" tab within that fundraiser's management page.
This will take you to the Orders List View, showing all orders associated with that campaign.

The Orders List View provides a comprehensive overview of all donations/orders for your selected campaign. Here's what you can do:
Understanding the Order Table
The main table displays key information for each order, including:
- ID: A unique identifier for the order.
- Name: The name of the person who placed the order.
- Date: When the order was placed.
- Order Value: The total monetary value of the order.
- Payment Method: How the supporter paid (e.g., Cash, Stripe).
- Paid Status: Whether the order is marked as Not Paid, Paid, etc.
- Notes: Any internal notes related to the order.
- Delivered: Status of physical delivery, if applicable.
- Actions: Quick actions like "Mark Delivered" or "Manage".
Filtering and Viewing Options
- Show Cancelled/Show Unpaid Only: Use these toggles to filter the list and focus on specific order statuses.
Bulk Actions & Tools
Above the order list, you'll find several tools for managing orders in bulk or exporting data:
- Download Packing Slips: Generate packing slips for multiple orders, useful for fulfillment.
- Send Emails: Communicate with multiple order recipients at once.
- Manage Paid Status: Update the payment status for selected orders in bulk (e.g., marking multiple cash orders as paid).
- View Reports / CSV: Export your order data for external analysis or record-keeping.
- Add Order: Manually add an order to the campaign (e.g., for offline donations not yet recorded).
- Print Table: Get a printable version of the current order list.
Individual Order Details View
Clicking the "Manage" button next to an order in the list view will take you to its detailed page. Here you can see and manage all aspects of that specific order:
- Order Info: Includes Order ID and Date.
- Delivery Address: View and Edit the delivery address if needed.
- Payment Information: Shows Payment Status (e.g., Not Paid) and Payment Method (e.g., Cash). You can often Modify these, for instance, to mark a cash payment as received or update payment details.
- Customer Info: Displays customer details like Name, Email, and Phone. A link to "View in CRM" or "Modify" allows for more comprehensive customer data management.
- Custom Fields: Any additional information collected during the order process (e.g., Student Name) will be shown here.
- Order Items: A breakdown of the items included in the order, quantities, and totals.
- Cancel Order: If an order needs to be cancelled, you can do so using the "Cancel Order" button.
