Is the Raised app free?
Yes. The app is free to download on the App Store and Google Play, and free to use with your Raised account.
What devices does the app support?
The app runs on iPhone and Android phones. For Tap to Pay you need an iPhone XS or later running iOS 17.6 or newer, or an NFC-capable Android phone running Android 11 or newer.
Do my supporters need the app?
No. The app is for organisers. Supporters buy or donate through your fundraiser link in any web browser, on any device.
Does Tap to Pay need extra hardware?
No. Your phone is the card terminal. Customers tap their contactless card, phone, or watch on your phone and the payment is processed through Stripe.
